Images

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Upload images that you intend to upload. This reduces any potential risks related to you, with regards to your location, and/or any other information that may be linked to you via this image.

Videos

We do not encourage our users to upload mature content videos, porn to be precise. We encourage informative videos and/or comic videos or any other type of video that is meant to serve the purpose for which it was uploaded.

Any porn videos will be disabled from view and you as the uploader will have the option of deleting it from the platform, or will be deleted by us if you don't delete it.

Your account may be blocked/suspended or even deleted if you receive multiple warnings from us concerning blocked videos, or fond of uploading mature content videos.

Audios

We also do not encourage intimidating content as audio, or messages cohearsing people to do unethical things.

Note: Audios and videos uploaded are monetized once the set threshold has been reached. For the time being, the threshold is 100 videos or 100 audios with the user account activity not being later than six (6) months. These specifications are reviewed frequently and when any changes are made, notices are made to the audience via the contact information we'll be holding at the time of the changes, thus you are required to update your info to hold the latest details to enable us reach you nicely.

Embeds

The embeds which we have control over are the Yumify related embeds and the content relayed through these embeds should respect the terms and conditions, and Privacy Policies of Yumify, and any violation of these may lead to consequences explained therein.

The embeds Yumify has are the ones listed below and their official links are also given. Failure to read these links in your browser means that the site you'll be visiting is not related to Yumify unless we specify so.

The external embeds we have are majorly from the major streaming platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and any other major social platform. These embeds are managed by the respective embed providers and the information contained in them is managed and regulated by them, thus we have no obligation to respond or question any of these, even if it is posted by a Yumify user.

We can however intervene on external embeds if the information contained in them goes against the terms and conditions of Yumify, and we may as well block/restrict its access to the Yumify audience.
