How to deposit to your Y-Pay account

There are two ways of depositing money in your Y-Pay wallet.

visit any of our Y-Pay agents agents and deposit.

On the Y-Pay app:

To deposit Via M-Pesa, go to the top right and click on the menu Via Mpesa and follow the prompts to deposit.

To deposit directly from your bank account, click on the menu, Direct Bank transfer, select your bank, enter your bank account number, amount you wish to transfer and your PIN.

Note: For you to be able to deposit any amount to your Y-Pay wallet, you must have updated your phone number in your Yumify account. We need your phone number to complete the transaction efficiently.
